1978 - Additional Renewal 4 mills for CPT. Election passed 6/6/78 - Pursuant to what specific ORC? 5705.21 - .217
Ballot Text: “An additional tax for the benefit of BUCKEYE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT, Medina County, Ohio for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding FOUR (4) Mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to Forty ($0.40) Cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation for a CONTINUING PERIOD OF TIME.”
1988 - Additional Renewal 9.6 mills for CPT. Election passed 11/8/88. Pursuant to what specific ORC? 5705.21, .213 or 217?
Ballot: “A renewal of a tax levy for the benefit of the BUCKEYE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES of the school district at a rate not exceeding Nine and six-tenths (9.6) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to Ninety-six ($0.96) cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation for a continuing period of time.”

Buckeye’s Resolution: “total current tax valuation of the school district is $382,508,813, and that the dollar amount of revenue that would be generated annually by 12.5 mills is $3,310,700, calculated in the manner provided in O.R,C. 5705.03,”
Ballot: “Shall the BUCKEYE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT be authorized to renew a tax for CURRENT EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding 12.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to one dollar and twenty five cents ($1.25) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for a continuing period of time, commencing in 2004, first due in calendar year 2005?”
